Leadership Equipping Program (LEP)
Leadership Equipping Program (LEP)
The LEP seeks to equip those serving in Church Boards as Elders,
Deacons and Council members to serve alongside their pastors in
the local church. LEP is an audit only, 2-3 years program. The
Certificate in Lay Leadership (CLL) will be awarded to those who
complete the 4 core and 4 elective modules in the LEP program.
The following modules will be offered in LEP:
- Hermeneutics 1 *
- Hermeneutics 2 *
- Homiletics 1 (starting in Feb 2023)
- Homiletics 2
- Biblical Leadership (starting in April 2023) *
- Role of Pastor/Church Board/Church Governance *
- Theology of Church and Missions
- How to be a Disciple-Making Church
- Handling Conflicts/Church Discipline *
- Book study of 1 Corinthians
- Technology and Ministry
注解：
- Two modules will be offered per Semester. Participants can take one or two modules per Semester according to their schedule.
- Each module is 16 hours in duration. The modules in LEP will run concurrently with CCM modules.

- Cost per module: $100 + GST 5. Other modules will be added in future.
