This relatively small body of fresh water is only about 8 miles wide and 13 miles long and continues to be a busy fishing area, just as it was in Jesus’ day. Along the boat ride, our guide will point out various places along the Sea mentioned in the Gospels. At Ginosar, we will visit the ancient Boat Museum and view the remain of the Jesus boat.

After lunch, at approximately 1,400 feet below sea level, we stop at the Dead Sea, the lowest spot in the world.
