Biographical Information
Dr. Leonard Sidharta (Chinese: Dai Yongfu) joins Singapore Bible College in 2020. He studied theology and philosophy at Reformed Evangelical Seminary and Calvin College, and got his Ph.D. at Purdue University (USA).
Dr. Sidharta is currently a member of the Society of Christian Philosopher, and a special research fellow at the Institute of Christianity and Chinese Culture. Besides publishing papers on theology, philosophy, and spirituality,, he was also involved in the translation and annotation projects of ancient religious documents in China.
Dr. Sidharta served as the coordinator of Chinese ministry at Covenant Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Indiana, USA and was as well as actively engaged in various ministries at other churches. Prior to his appointment at SBC, he taught at several US-based and Indonesian-based theological institutions that equip Chinese seminarians.
