Currently, the CSL runs three programmes:
The PFP is one-year mentoring programme for early-career pastors. Participants will receive mentoring from an experienced senior pastor in small peer groups, in order to further equip them with the skills for service and to provide them with a safe haven of peers for accountability and growth. Scholarships are available for applicants.
The CCM is audit-only, two-year programme designed to equip lay ministry leaders people with the necessary skills for service in local churches. Courses focus on basic ministry skill sets like leading small group bible studies, basic pastoral care, leading worship music teams.
The Pastors Seminar & Fellowship (PSF) is one of the initiatives undertaken by the Centre for Servant Leaders (CSL). The PSF aims to serve as a platform to promote effective church leadership at the pastoral leadership level. Renowned and seasoned practitioners will address issues that are faced by churches and their leaders today. The seminars can take the form conference-type setting or intimate workshop or fireside chat that would facilitate the discussions and networking. The PSF is targeted to convene four times a year.
