The four elective courses offered in this programme will be in the area of Church Leadership. Church leaders including pastors, elders, deacons, church board members and other lay leaders face many issues and challenges in leading their churches. The courses offered here are designed to broaden their horizon, hone their skills, and equip them for more effective church leadership. Possible course offerings include:

• Why Doesn’t My Church Grow?;
• Is the Local Church Still Relevant in the 21st Century?;
• Leadership Principles from 2 Timothy: Preparing Pastors and Lay-Leaders to Co-Lead the Church; and,
• Towards a Disciple-Making Church.
